Purchase of this product will generate a receipt number to be used in the application for a replacement tag found on the Pet Licensing web page.
Description
When applying online for Replacement Pet License tag, here is a walk through of what to do:
- Complete the purchase of this product and save your Web Transaction Number.
- Go to the Pet license web page or into your “My Account” and start the application for Replacement Pet Tag. Please use your Web Transaction Number (when appropriate) to link your purchase to the workflow.
- Complete the application workflow and a confirmation of receipt will come to the email that you used.
Please note that the online application requires this product to be purchased in advance as the receipt number will be used in the processing of the replacement tag. The alternative to making an online purchase is to submitting a check for $5 to the Department’s Licensing Division with your pet's license number on the check.
